Recently I’ve stumbled upon so many furniture collections that have been inspired by the joys of camping, that I couldn’t resist including a post on it. It seems that sense of campfire camaraderie, the liberation that comes with being outdoors and the multi-purpose utility and ingenuity at the heart of camping gear has resonated with designers around the world. Like these stunning benches designed to resemble logs on a saw stand by Stockholm-based Note Design Studio. A striking nod to cabin and campfire makers.
